Functional polyethylene KIRE-POLY™

Features

KIRE-POLY™ is a polyethylene film made from easy-cut polyethylene resin (KP grade) and can be straightly cut both horizontally and vertically.
Thinner film thickness is possible because it has higher rigidity compared to conventional PE films.

• KIRE-POLY has approximately twice the stiffness and impact strength compared to conventional C4LL.
• Can be made thin yet still highly stiff.
• Can be used by itself. Can be structurally customized.

Film Components

• We recommend you using KP grades in the middle layer of the 3-layer film (layer thickness 1:1:1)
• Molding condition will be the same as the conditions used for conventional C4LL.
• We can propose you layer configurations which suits your needs by matching our PE grades + KIRE-POLY™.
